Skipped test due to missing data provider for HandleSyncSubmissionTest

WP_Rocket\Tests\Integration\inc\Engine\Admin\RocketInsights\Rest\HandleSyncSubmissionTest does not have a corresponding fixture so this leads to a skipped test due to missing data provider.

Just saw https://github.com/wp-media/wp-rocket/blob/develop/tests/Fixtures/inc/Engine/Admin/RocketInsights/AJAX/Controller/HandleSyncSubmissionTest.php Need to check if it's the right one, but if it is, it's the wrong path.
