DJE 2.0.x - Animation delay on Elementor CTA is not working.

Describe the bug When Delay JavaScript Execution is enabled, the delay set before starting an animation on a call to action element in Elementor doesn’t work, the animation starts immediately.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. With Delay JavaScript Execution activated
2. Go to the page containing the delayed animation
3. See that the animation load without delay

Expected behavior If an animation delay is set, the animation should start after the delay.
