Refresh the license after the refund and cancellation

After the refund and cancellation made on the website, we need to wait for the transient to expire in order to update the state in the plugin.

It should happen right away, the solution needs to be discussed and implemented on both, WP Rocket website and WP Rocket plugin.

Note: Currently, even if the user clicks the refresh icon, the Rocket Insights license status isnot updated till manual refresh the page
