Google Fonts should not be optimized if not ATF, when Preload Fonts is active

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When Preload Fonts is active, it detects necessary ATF fonts. But if Google Fonts Optimization is also active, it will preload Google Fonts CSS, even if it's not an ATF font. This can increase LCP.

Describe the solution you'd like If Preload Fonts is active, it could prevent that behaviour from Google Fonts, to ensure that only ATF fonts/assets are preloaded.

Describe alternatives you've considered Disable Google Fonts optimization - but this is an invisible feature requiring a helper plugin to disable - customers would need to be aware of this and then take manual action.
