ALR UI issue after JS styling

Describe the bug When remove hash and apply data-wpr-lazyrender="1" the UI of page is changed due to JS styling when compared to nowprocket. This is because js inject styling into the page which happens after beacon has run.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://new.rocketlabsqa.ovh/lrc_6959_3/
  2. Clear cache
  3. Revisit the page

Expected behavior UI is same as nowprocket
