Find a way to keep incredible speed results between clearing and rebuilding cache

When pushing "Clear and Preload Cache", all the cached files are deleted and visitors have a page load that is slower because the cached files are generated in the background.

Describe the solution you'd like

Would there be a possibility to keep the cached files and simply replace them with the new one. Thus the visitor keeps it incredible speed results and is served a fresh new page when the action scheduler has generated a new cache file.

The new term would therefore be "Rebuild preloaded cache"

Hello @Jeroen-1978 thanks for creating the issue.

This is exactly what Cache Lifespain is doing, right? Files that are older than specified time are being removed and preloaded.
