PHP Warning: filter_input(): Unknown filter with ID 16777216 when open bulk optimization page while no credit

Describe the bug When we open the bulk optimization page while having no credit, Unknown filter warning will exist in debug.log

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install and activate 2.1.2 of imagify (using site with large number of images)
2. activate bulk optimization
3. once the quota is finished
4. open the bulk optimization page and refresh

Expected behavior No warning in debug.log

Additional context

• Probably related to the fact that progress bar is still working in the background and once we refresh it will appear (notice the 5% here)

Note: The warning in debug.log is also displayed for infinite license steps: 1- using an infinite license (v.2.1.3) 2- add the theme to optimization 3- save and go to bulk optimization 4- Click Imagify all 5- refresh the page after the progress bar gets hidden => check debug.log (we may need to repeat this step multiple times)
