"Already optimized" files considered as "error"

The API seems to return the message This file is already compressed instead of This image is already compressed now, which prevents the plugin to switch the status from error to already_optimized. Full message: The file is already compressed and can't be compressed more. Source. Reference.

Moving back to "minor" since the message from the API has been rolled back.

Update to this case:

We still have "The file is already compressed and can't be compressed more" message but there is also another problem.

When you get this message, it is considered as error and WebP will not be created for these images.

Investigating this further, I took one problematic image from the user's website and tested on Mega. Not sure if it was just a coincidence, or it could be related to file itself, but I got the same error (Search for 22No-Russian22-pushed-the-boundries-of-good-taste-in-gaming" image in http://mega.wp-rocket.me/divi/wp-login.php
