Add compatibility with WP Offload Media

Currently supporting WP Offload S3 only, its previous version. WP Offload Media. Important post about WP 5.3.

I've noticed this was marked as low priority, what's the alternative to WP Offload Media if images need to be hosted on S3 ?

Edit : Even if it gets fixed, there's a problem with the CDN URL, because it doesn't allow a custom directory structure, and that will required to be fixed also.
