I cannot seem to install this via composer

Hi,

When running "composer require wp-graphql/wp-graphql-meta-query" I get the following message back: Could not find a matching version of package wp-graphql/wp-graphql-meta-query. Check the package spelling, your version constraint and that the package is available in a stability which matches your minimum-stability (stable).

Should I be using any specific flags in the composer command?
