Working on windows

Hi! I'm trying to use your ane on my application but i cant solve this error:

"the content cannot be loaded because there was a problem loading an extension: Error: Requested extension be.aboutme.nativeExtensionns.opencv.OpenCV is not supported for Windows-86"

Im using Flash Develop on Windows 8.1 64 bits. Is this supposed to work only on osx systems? Thanks!
