feat: add option for countries not to disappear

really enjoy your game so far!

currently, in the game-mode where you select countries (instead of the Daily Quest), the countries disappear after you've selected them.

this is useful when you're trying to learn them...
...but makes it too easy later on, when you're trying to really memorize them.

I'd love to add this as a feature if you would assign me! thanks for making this wonderful game

Probably the best way to add this feature is make it a setting in the settings menu and make the default so the countries dissapear
