Windows build number: Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19042.1586] PowerShell version (if applicable): 7.2.2

Steps to reproduce

Set-AzSentinel -WorkspaceName WorkspaceName

Expected behavior

Sentinel is enabled on the log analytics workspace

Actual behavior

Set-AzSentinel: Unable to enable Sentinel on law-test-sentineldeploy1 with error message: Response status code does not indicate success: 404 (Not Found).
