Ethernet or USB external network card are recommended (or your cell phone) Also, for rpi3 with arm32, there was a WiFi driver (from Windows loT Core), but it's not compatible with rpi4 with arm64 Neither Cypress/Broadcom currently offers a wireless card driver for Windows on Arm64, much less open source, for more information you can check the issue that the previous reply pointed to
