Make the logger an optional PSR-3

Devristo\Phpws requires the Zend logger so that needs to be dealt with.

Thanks @mathop Pawl may now be mature enough. It's actually what I originally wanted to use for this. I'll look into that as soon as I have time (You're welcome to convert and send a PR :) )
