Approach for detecting very small sound clip in track.

I'm already puzzling with the configuration for hours now.

Could someone guide me into the right direction? I have a small sound sample of ~300ms. And I need to find the music track which contains this small sound sample.

The sample is cut out of the track, so it's an exact match. The only difference could come from mp3/wav conversion and bitrate conversion.
