Ingress-nginx provides a configuration property called `proxy-add-original-uri-header` which adds `X-Original-Uri` to the backend request (request the interceptor will receive). I get this too. In all extensions that drop down something not just this one.

I am also encountering this on a brand new, from template swarm. Attempts to enable the plugin fail with the same error.
