iebaltab: suggestion for column names for t-test columns

Hi ietoolkitters!

I noticed that the current version of iebaltab won't let one change the column title on the t-test column (circled in blue on the pic).

The picture is a snap shot of the browsed result but I think it will be great if we could change the column title in the latex result.

I spoke to @sakina0320 about this and told her to suggest that here. Thanks Sakina!

I think this makes sense, but we should probably not allow it for all output formats. Maybe this is something that we only allow in latex. We do not have time to implement all customization for all output options, but latex should be the one where we offer them all as that is what people will use when writing papers.

I added it to the things we will implement after the iebaltab re-write.
