Add option to suppress SE below mean in iebaltab

Hello!

First of all, I am LOVING getting to use ietoolkit. It's a fantastic resource!

While I usually want SEs in a balance table, sometimes it's nice to have a clean, simple table with just means and the significance of differences. It would be great if there were an option similar to onerow that allowed you to suppress the SE/SD below the estimate of the mean in the table, so that each variable would truly be just one row in the balance table.

We're planning a major re-write of iebaltab. I'm marking this issue to be included in it. It will probably not be part of the next release, but you can follow updates through this issue.
