ieduplicates: allow different formats for report

ieduplicates currently saves the duplicates report only in xlsx format. Since the report has a single tab, it could probably be saved as csv as well.

I am ok with this. We should just think through if it could create errors when importing back into the command next time it runs. Could there be precision errors or something like that which makes it buggy?

That's a good point. I had not thought of it. We should look this up. It's going to be a bit painful to implement, though. So this is probably for next release.
