Figure out how to best generate a word document from the LaTeX code

I think this is done in chapter 7: it adds some pandoc instructions to do it.

This issue does not relate to how to add instructions for this in the book, it is how to convert the book to word document without losing all Tufte formatting and having to re-format manually.
