Retain opened source members through restarts

Currently when I close the entire ILEditor app, with members open, it won't have those same members open when I re-open the app. It would be good to have this as a feature.

@aaronbartell Are you able to help me decide what priority I should give this feature? It's certainly possible, and shouldn't be too hard. You will have to explain to me what you expect to happen if

1. you start ILEditor
2. it's trying to open members which were open previously, but they're locked by another job

Perhaps a warning or just open in readonly mode?
