Problem CSS2, not good example using inline-style on tr

I don't recommend much this solution which is to switch inline-style 'text-decoration' on

tag. Some browsers didn't work well it before.

'text-decoration' should be used into td, li or p etc.

Currentry, Everything will work on tr element.

Long time ago, There are many bug with styling tr element... even though background style... Like IE7... http://stackoverflow.com/questions/8154560/css-tr-background-not-working-ie7

That's why this solusion is a bit creepy for me.
