See #259 #195 #153. Many Windows users confused to start with the javascripting. We need nice instruction for Windows user.

PR is welcome. Please write your awesome instruction in Install Node.js section or Run the workshop section in the READEM.md.

I believe I can pull it out tonight when I get home. I went through and I'm having similar problems now in Windows 10
