Organize already existing pull requests

Since we've created a breaking change in codes to integrate i18n feature, all of the PR which didn't manage are conflicted, unfortunately. I would like to read each Pull request, decide if we can include patches in the current codebase, and put it in master with cherry-pick and rebase little by little.

Also, I will be glad to support you if there is someone interested in this :)
