[Bug]: apscheduler jobs have startdate one hour in the past

What happened?

With the new scheduler implementation in 4.4.0rc2 the start date is one hour in the past. Creating this ticket to remember to fix this.

Screenshot where the last completed task was run by the new scheduler implementation, the others below it were run by the old one. It shows that the latest task started at 14:56 and was last changed 15:57. The start time should have been 15:56.
