cannot change the textcolor of tooltip

hey bro you forgot to add settextcolor method of tooltip, you can see the code...there is no such method about set the textcolor

and this guy also apply an issue https://github.com/worker8/TourGuide/issues/89

@DaRkRaGe u can download this lib, and import to your project as a local module, then u can add a method to change textcolor.
