Plans to support Juneteenth?

I don't see any mention of Juneteenth in the code or in any open issues, so figure I'll start a thread here...

We have at least one bank customer who will be closed for this next year. Is there any interest in a PR being opened for this?

I think that it could happen to be a customizable holiday. We'd just need to add this holiday as a class option and allow the integrators to activate when they need it. The PR shouldn't be very hard, I'll see what I can do.
