Trimming workalendar registry and find which calendars that are not tested

tedious task, but sometimes calendars are registrered using the iso_registry, but the registry test is not added. and it's not their fault, this process is a bit tedious. maybe it doesn't need to be done after all...

Needs more thoughts.
