How can we change the database prefix?

Thanks for a great server! I need to change the database prefix in order for migrate db pro to work properly. Looked through all the files and documentation but didn't see anywhere to update that setting. Any help pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately there is currently no possibility to initialize the server with a different prefix. But I'm currently working on the 1.0.0 release and i will include this feature, so that you are able to change the prefix in the config.yml
