[E2E Tests] - E2E tests failing with "Not JSON response"

Describe the bug Not a bug in the app but to track/address flakiness in the E2E tests. Currently, some E2E tests are failing with this error "Not JSON response". This happens intermittently making the tests flaky.

Not sure why this is happening, yet. Tracking it here with some examples for now.
