Focus keep bouncing between block after scrolling post with Apple Pen
Describe the bug Scrolling through the post using the Apple Pen causes focus to be bouncing between blocks and the user is not able to recover control.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open a post with different blocks like this HTML example
- Use the Apple Pen to scroll to the bottom of the post.
- Notice that at some point the scroll gesture activates the text editing and sometimes causes the focus issue.
Expected behavior It should be possible to scroll the post with an Apple Pen.

@tiagomar Thanks for opening the ticket 🙇 ! After watching the video, I'm wondering if this issue can only be reproduced with the drag & drop feature, I have the impression that might be a problem specific to the text blocks. It would be great if we try to reproduce it in one of the latest production builds, at least to determine if the issue is currently happening in production or only when the drag & drop feature is enabled.
I did confirm it is not related to drag & drop feature. Thanks, @fluiddot! 🙇
