Focus issue with Cover block on iOS

Describe the bug Adding media to a Cover block while another block is in focus causes a focus loop.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a Cover block to an empty post
2. Deselect before adding any media to the Cover block
3. With the new block in focus press on the Cover block to update the cover image.

Expected behavior Focus moves to the cover block

Actual behavior The editor enters a focus loop between the Cover and Paragraph blocks.
