Domains: fails to open domain details

Expected behavior

It opens details in the embedded browser

Actual behavior

It attemps to open the details in the embedded browser, but then redirect you to Safari.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  • Open "Domains"
  • Open details for a domain
Tested on [device], iOS [version], Jetpack iOS / WordPress iOS [version]

RCA there is some code that incorrecly handles any redirects by opening them in a standalone browser.
