WordPress-iOS Sidebar: Profile

Improves the sidebar screen:

Show it without a Split View to simplify the navigation
Add "Done" button
Replace Gridicons with modern icons from the WordPress Design Library
Make buttons look like buttons
Reduce the size of the profile view in the sidebar so it doesn't take as much space or draw too much attention
