Login with wordpress.com account shows self-hosted as an option

Expected behavior

• It start wp.com login

Actual behavior

• It lets you choose between wp.com and self-hosted first

Steps to reproduce the behavior

• Add a self-hosted site
• Open "Me" tab
• Tap "Log in" in the "WordPress.com Account" section

Tested on [device], iOS [version], Jetpack iOS / WordPress iOS [version]
