Add "Deleted Site" support

The app has seemingly no support for the "deleted site" workflows.

Site List

On wp.com, deletes sites are displayed at the bottom. There is a way to "restore" a deleted site.

In the app, these sites are displayed as normal sites. There is no indication anywhere in the list or the settings that the site is deleted.

Posting

On wp.com you can't start a new post on a deleted site. In the app, you can. If you try to publish such post, you get the following cryptic error:

I'm re-opening because the API started returning deleted sites again.
