Issues with the template homepage support

Steps to reproduce the behavior

• Create a new site with a Homepage template
• Login in the app, open the Pages ("Page A") list to sync the pages
• Open the web and change the Homepage to use the new page "Page A"
• Open the app and refresh the Pages list
• 🐛 The "Page A" page disappears and you see only the "virtual" Homepage template cell
• Reinstall the app and open the Pages list
• 🐛 The app displays both the virtual Homepage template cell and the "Page A" as a homepage

• Use the app (not sure what the steps are, but it seems it needs to sync more data)
• 🐛 The app new homepage "Page A" disappears again

I'm not sure the bugs are accurate (see p1683269583780939/1683217373.827519-slack-C04STEB172L for more info) because some of it seems to be due to the mobile editor limitations, but it sure seems like bugs.

Tested on [device], iOS [version], Jetpack iOS / WordPress iOS [version]
