Expected behavior

Elements within the publish modal should be available when the keyboard is open and the device is in landscape.

Actual behavior

Keyboard overlaps the publish modal in landscape and hides most of its content.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Create a Story post.
2. Add some images to the Story.
3. Tap on the right arrow button to display the publish modal.
4. Rotate the device to landscape.
5. Observe that content of the publish modal is mostly hidden.

Tested on iPhone 14, iOS 16.0, WPiOS 20.7.0.4
