[Jetpack plugin install] Login from Stats view does not work if Jetpack plugin installation wasn't fully completed prior

After logging into WP.com account in Stats view, the app continues to ask to log in.

If only happens if we try to install Jetpack plugin in Stats view and do not log in during the installation flow.

Expected behavior

After logging in in Stats view to WP.com account, stats appear

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Log in to the self-hosted site which doesn't have Jetpack installed
2. Go to "Stats"
3. Select "Install"
4. Follow the installation flow until prompted to log in to WP.com
5. Close the installation
6. Stats screen shows "Log in" message
7. Click "Log in"
8. Log in to WP.com account
9. After returning to Stats, "Log in" message is still shown

If we log in to WP.com during Jetpack plugin installation flow, then log in happens successfully.

Tested on iPhone 13, iOS 15.5, WPiOS 20.6
