Layout problem on empty Notifications tab

Expected behavior

"Get active! Comment on posts from blogs you follow." text should fit the screen on the empty Notifications tab.

Actual behavior

"Get active! Comment on posts from blogs you follow." text doesn't fit the screen. Only on tablet

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Launch the app.
2. Log in with an account without any notification or sign up for a new account.
3. Navigate the Notifications tab.
4. Notice the text doesn't fit the left layout.

Tested on iPad mini 6th gen, iOS 15.6.1, WPiOS 20.6
