→ symbol problem in Turkish on notification permission popup

Expected behavior

When the app is Turkish, the sentence should be "Ayarlar → Bildirimler → WordPress'e gidin ve Bildirimlere İzin Ver'i açın." on notification popup screen.

Actual behavior

When the app is Turkish, the sentence should be "Ayarlar → Bildirimler → WordPress'e gidin ve Bildirimlere İzin Ver'i açın." on notification popup screen. Note: After finding the root of the problem, the possible same problem in other languages should be considered.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Open device settings.
2. Scroll the settings list and open WordPress.
3. Tap Notifications.
4. Turn off "Allow Notifications" if it's on.
5. Change the device language to Turkish.
6. Launch the app.
7. Navigate My Site → Site Settings (Benim sitem → Site Ayarları). Tap Blogging Reminders (Blog Hatırlatıcıları).
8. Try to set a reminder. The notification permission popup will appear.
9. Notice "&rarr" word in the text.

Tested on iPhone 13 Pro Max Simulator, iOS 15.5, WPiOS 20.6
