[iOS] Stats Revamp Insights cards not adapting to large device text size

Expected behavior

When a user increases the text size for the app or system-wide, the Stats cards (both the older cards and newer cards such as Views & Visitors) should adapt to accommodate data. For example, labels shouldn't be clipped if possible, to ensure users know what data they're looking at.

Actual behavior

Important labels like "Previous week" are clipped to "Previous..." or similar.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. To test newer cards such as Views and Visitors, turn on the feature flags: a. Tap profile pic b. Tap App Settings c. Tap Debug d. Turn on "New Appearance for Stats" and "New Cards for Insights"
2. Increase the text size for the app (or change the system-wide default).
3. On the Stats screen, add relevant cards, and notice that important labels like "Previous week" are clipped to "Previous..." or similar.

Tested on iPhone 11, iOS 15.5, WPiOS internal 20.2.0.20220708
