Handle "post doesn't exist error" while fetching individual posts

As part of the post pagination changes, if fetching an individual post fails, we'll need to remove it from every list.

This is a low priority issue. I expected it to be a much bigger problem, but as it turns out it rarely happens mostly due to the list being refreshed very often.
