Bug: upload media and write post action issue

Description

When enabling the experimental block post editor and uploading a media file, the snackbar action oferring to write a post using that media is not working properly. It does work with the old editor.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Enable the "Experimental block editor" feature
2. Go to the media browsing screen
3. Upload a media file
4. When the media is uploaded, you'll see a snackbark saying "Write a post". Tap on it
5. A new post screen is opened but the media is not automatically added

If you do the same whithout enabling te block editor, the flow works as expected.
