Android: Gravatar is not updated when changed inside or outside the app

Description

When changing the gravatar in the app or in Gravatar's webpage, I'm not seeing the changes immediately/in all places of the app. A bit of delay could be expected, especially when changes are done in the app but we are looking at the app, but we should reflect the change when done within the app

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Go to "Me"

2. Change the avatar

3. notice the "Me" icon is not changed

4. Go to yu Gravatar page

5. Change your avatar

6. Close and open the Android app

7. Notice the avatar is still using the old one
