Description

This PR is related to issue #17697, which builds upon an existing feature. The issue requested that, in addition to the scheduled date, the scheduled time of a post should also be displayed.

To address this, we updated the date formatting function located in WordPress/src/main/java/org/wordpress/android/ui/posts/PostUtils.java. With this change, both the date and time of scheduled posts are now consistently shown.

Testing instructions

• Create a post.
• Scheduled the post.
• Go to the schedule posts section.
