The chart on the 'Stats' page shows the year without data, which may mislead users

Expected behavior

Chart year reference starts with the first year data is available.

Actual behavior

Year 2011 is marked on the chart without data, possibly misleading users.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Open the 'Stats' page
2. Click the 'TRAFFIC'
3. Observe the chart showing years on the x-axis.

Tested on [device], Android [version], JPAndroid / WPAndroid [version]

Galaxy S21 5G, Android 12, Jetpack 25.2.1 (1444)/WordPress 25.2.1 (1444)
