The playback speed menu and the page scroll together, making it difficult to view options

Expected behavior

Only the options in the playback speed menu should scroll.

Actual behavior

Both the menu and the page scroll together.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Create a post with an audio block
2. Click the 'Three-dot' menu
3. Click the 'Preview' button
4. Click the 'Three-dot' menu in the audio block
5. Click the 'Playback speed'
6. Scroll through the menu to see additional options.

Tested on [device], Android [version], JPAndroid / WPAndroid [version]
