Pull-to-refresh is not working on the detail screen of stats

Expected behavior

When pulling the screen, the loading indicator should be visible and the page should be updated.

Actual behavior

The loading indicator slightly appears when pulling down to refresh.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Log in.
2. Open "My Site → Stats"
3. Open the detail screen of any cards by tapping the "View more" button on them.

Tested on Galaxy s24, Android 14, JPAndroid 24.8-rc-3 (1429)
